Don't judge me, but I definitely saw this beautiful bottle of Olive Oil and wanted to buy it because of the design. Fortunately it was on sale and Jose was willing to ignore the store brand that was cheaper by a dollar. God's got my back.
But do you blame me? Once the, as Rachel Ray would say, evoo is gone -- this baby will be holding flowers! I love the square structure of the bottle, the almost vintage-like typography, and most definitely it's colors.
So how about an outfit based on those colors?! Sea green and sky blue. While my outfit isn't exactly Phoenix-summer appropriate (i.e. too many layers), the colors remind me of the beach :)
dress: H&M, button up: Plato's closet, earrings + belt: Zara (while in Spain), boots: Shoe Land
Remember this dress from here? :) Just pulled a button up over it and wrapped a belt to fit it all together :)
As someone who is obsessed with Teal, I consider sea green in the same family. I freaking love that color. It was inspiring enough for me to make a color board!

Do you love green? Any in particular? I think these would make a beautiful wedding color scheme. A romantic and sophisticated ocean feel. You can even interpret it into versions of Forest Green for a beautiful, Fall, woods/mountain inspired wedding. Or even a website based on these colors! Don't get me started... I mean, hello, bottles of olive oil inspire me. It just doesn't take much.
But do let me know what you think! :)
Love it! But the first thing that popped in my head was how David Tutera would hate the idea of anything green for a wedding. I'm a Tutera junkie. lol.
ReplyDeletebahaha.... but it's not just ANY green! ;)
