Porque?
Because this time not only do you win the ability to shout "YES!! I was chosen!" -- but you also get to high five your little fingers for clicking that picture and editing it for winning a 18-200 Tamron Lens!! Yep!! They are rewarding First Place with a lens!
Challenge? Incorporate the "i heart faces" logo into your picture naturally (or photoshopped ... or photoshopped to "look" natural ;). I poured so much time into these to make them look natural. And let me tell you, creating a natural looking bubble into the form of letters is not easy. However, I took tutorials and learned so much -- so a huge thank you to i heart faces for that and the lack of sleep the past few days. Ok, so maybe the sleep thing is a bad habit ;) There are a few entries that just cracked me up. Check them out after you're done scrolling here!
You're allowed 5 and I chose 4...
#1) Getting ready for a salsa performance.. snapped this one of my team member :)

#2) I love, love, this little girl when I volunteered at Roswell Convoy of Hope. Her striking eyes against her grungy face created an image that to this day I consider a blessed moment to own.

#3) My fiance's sister :)

#4) And this last one. Sigh (: This little girl... she was also at the Roswell Convoy of Hope. However, she was my "front cover" image to my photography website when I first launched it this past Fall. The funny thing is that the "memory" I associate with this complete stranger is the initial mark of my photography journey professionally. I don't even know her name. When I look at this, it reminds me of my sweaty palms when I hit "publish" and my logo "Imaginale" first appeared online. What a rush. She even cut her hair for I heart faces, knowing this day would come ;)
