I think they're all very pretty and cute, but not particularly masculine? More like a small corsage for a little girl. To that end I think I like the third best. The first one is very stylized and almost cartoonish, which I think I like, but not for a grown man. The buttons on the second one are very cutesy; I would like it better without them. I do LIKE all of them, the first couple just don't seem very dark/vintage/romantic/Spanish like your other stuff. ~Jenna
Good point! They don't have a "manly" appeal to them and I will have to dig around the internet to see if I find any with that type of look. Luckily I will have some help this weekend!
To be honest, the last one was my favorite -- kind of quirky, but not "kiddish" - you know? I might end up leaning towards quirky. Hmmm... BUT, you have made me VERY curious to see if there are any "Spanish" looking boutonnieres... hmmm...
Haha, did you see the banjo one?! Hilarious! I could make a "Spanish guitar" one... juuuust kidding :)
I think incorporating red will do the trick. Maybe making a red, ruffled flower as one component but pairing it with *gray* for a more masculine look. Plus, the guys are wearing gray suits!
Those are really nice Jenn! They have a sophisticated but "different" look to them. I will have to test out my ribbon-flower making skills this weekend. Thank you for the pass along -- I really appreciate it :)
